Job Summary
M Diagnostics is a CAP- accredited clinical laboratory. We provide clinical service to our clients.

The Senior Administrative Executive/Administrative Executive is responsible to support the laboratory in the various areas of administration, which including procurement, logistics, inventory management and any other duties.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative or clerical tasks and inventory management.
  • Assist in document preparation for purchasing functions, e.g., PR, PO and invoice.
  • To ensure billing operation smoothly and helping in resolving any billing discrepancy.
  • In charge of SAP system transaction and new item creating role.
  • Collaborate with internal and external parties to support laboratory operations related matters.
  • Any other duties as assigned by Lab Manager.

Desired Skills and Competencies

  • Diploma/ Degree in Business Administration or equivalent qualification
  • Strong team player with positive work attitude, analytical minded, resultoriented, good communication and interpersonal skills are key requirements.
  • Preferably with minimum 3 years' experience in administration work experience
  • Prior job experience in a similar setting and familiarity with terminology used in the laboratory would be an advantage.
  • Able to work under pressure.
  • Meticulous and attention to details
  • Proficient in MS office
  • Knowledge in SAP would be added advantage
