The
Executive Assistant will be working as part of a flexible team, provide high-level executive and general office support in a demanding, fast-paced professional services environment.

The primary goals are to leverage the executives' time, support the broader team, and successfully serve BCG's clients.


In this role you will

:


  • Provide diary, travel, administrative and communications support to Partners, Principals and Directors
  • Support the commercial agenda of BCG X by ensuring Partners, Principals and Directors are well organized, prepared and informed
  • Prioritize, manage and coordinate complex daily schedules across multiple time zones
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation and ground transportation as required (within tight deadlines to enable a seamless travel experience)
  • Align with other Executive Assistants and Administrative Assistants to arrange meetings, travel, itineraries, events, courier services etc.
  • Interact with Partners, Principals and Directors to ensure understanding of individual priorities
  • Provide general support to Partners, Principals and Directors to improve business processes and anticipate upcoming workload with awareness to their overall wellbeing
  • Schedule and facilitate client and other meetings, including workshops and dinners
  • Ensure Partners, Principals and Directors are fully briefed and organized for meetings and other engagements
  • Provide support related to business development activities, including industry events
  • Research industry trends in technology and innovation and share with the team
  • Manage contacts for Partners, Principals and Directors, including updating electronic contacts from business cards
  • Maintain document management systems and databases
  • Greet clients and visitors to the office
  • Submit and reconcile timesheets and expenses
  • Request and receive invoices with appropriate information, arranging approvals and coordinating payment with the Accounts Payable team
  • Prioritize correspondence based on urgency and importance
  • Balance workload with other Executive Assistants, providing support to the team where appropriate

You should have

:


  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred or five years' related experience, with at least two to three years' experience supporting individuals at the executive level strongly preferred
