Responsibilities:

Will be involved in the entire project cycle, from tender to post contract stage that is focused mainly in providing contractual advises to the different stakeholders which may arise over the project duration.
Work closely with the heads of the departments and bid managers in tender evaluation including review and risk assessment and management.
Work closely with clients, partners and subcontractors as a support to the bid/project teams in managing matters relating to contract agreements, NDAs, and different team agreements aligning these to Thales' accepted policies and procedures.
Responsible in enlightening the bid/project teams in whatever doubts they may have related to project and business agreements.
Work closely with the project team in the endtoend management of claims (including logs, gaps identification, etc.) and variation including the preparation of the EOT summary as well as the preparation of monthly progress report.
Responsible for continuously monitoring of contract deliverables and project milestone to avoid any delay and project risks.
Assist the Head of Contracts in managing all the projects, bids and procurement activities.
Attend to bids and project meetings

Requirement:

Degree or Diploma in Electronics/Communication/Civil/Mechanical Engineering discipline
Minimum 8 years of experience in Rail Signaling/Communications/Security System/Building/Civil projects or a similar is preferred
Minimum 5 years of experience in contract and claims management, experience in handling regional projects is important
Background in handling project commercials is a plus
Must have good understanding and experience in working with PSSCOC/FIDIC/LTA/SIA form of contracts
Familiarity and handling projects (and its T&Cs) in Singapore
Good communication skill in English language
