Responsibilities:

Configure ServiceNow modules to meet business requirements and provide expert ServiceNow knowledge and skills to align ServiceNow's
Out of the Box capabilities with required business outcomes.
Work with Architecture team to develop & implement best practices for ServiceNow development, deployment and release.
Creation of Dashboards, Reports, Widgets, Metrics, SLA.
Optimize existing and develop new service catalogue items and associated flows with a focus on continual improvement & automation.
Experience with Custom Application Development & maintenance.
Maintain ongoing knowledge of the ServiceNow product, version upgrades, enhancements, new features, etc.
Understanding of ITIL processes, Agile Methodology, operations, & procedures.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of direct experience as a ServiceNow Developer/Consultant.
Experience configuring core ServiceNow modules including ITSM configurations, Service Catalogue, Integrations, Application Development & Maintenance, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Metrics, and Dashboards.
Experience with Advanced scripting, Performance Analytics, Reporting and other use case areas are desirable.
Ability to draft & document test plans for both a technical and business user audience.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment with aggressive deadlines and multiple priorities as well as the ability to work independently with mínimal supervision while delivering results.
Excellent demonstrable written and verbal communications skill
Demonstrated understanding of ITIL processes, operations, and procedures.
Overarching understanding of ServiceNow Enterprise product suite.
