Location:
Jurong East

Mon-Thu: 8AM - 5.30PM, Fri: 8AM - 5PM

Our client specialises in kitchen equipment, supermarket equipment & accessories, Japanese lacquer ware, crockery, and packaging materials.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate with customers and provide sales support to the sales team
Prepare and Submit Quotations to Customers
Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
Liaise with logistics team to ensure customers deliveries are met
Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
Monitor the team's progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
Any ad-hoc duties assigned (in relation to sales)

Requirements:

2 years minimum work experience is preferred
Able to multi-task, possess good communication skills.
Detailed and a fast learner
Good team player
Proficient in MS office (especially Excel)
Able to Start Work Immediate
