- Perform daily duty on system monitoring
- Perform incident management and escalate incidents to lvl 2 maintenance team
- Perform weekly End Point protection updates
- Perform end user administration of windows AD, RSA and 2FA token
- Perform Certificate renewal and administration for serves and end users
- Perform adhoc administration task on firewall and endpoint protection
- Monitoring and check on server's health status
- Management and Configure End user equipment
- Generate Weekly report to give end user overview of system health
- Manage and coordinate between customers and third party vendors for fault resolution where necessary
- Provide operation support, maintenance and administration
- Degree in Computer Science /Information Technology or equivalent
- Basic knowledge in Windows Active Directory services and WSUS
- Basic knowledge in Windows Certificate Authority services
- Basic knowledge on Switches and Routers
- Working location is in Novena
