DESIGNATION :
Patient Service Assistant (Full-time)

RESPONSIBILITIES
The Patient Service Assistant will provide administrative support to clinic and ensure a smooth flow in the clinic operations.

Perform counter duties including registration, appointment scheduling, payment collection and banking
Attend to walk in and call in patients' enquiries
Liaise with dental laboratories for collection and delivery of lab reports and dental works
Maintain inventory of office supplies and stationery for clinic
Coordinate and work closely with Head Office in all matters
Perform any duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS
