Description
Responsibilities:
- Analyze training needs within the organization and collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver internal and external training programs
- Facilitate training programs and control the budget for each program
- Develop a framework for the career development plan with Head Quarters and build functional skill matrix competencies
- Oversee talent acquisition activities for fresh graduates, midcareer hiring, and internships
- Provide HR consulting and advisory services to local HR teams in other offices, subsidiaries, and affiliates within Asia Pacific region
- Participate and/or lead adhoc projects
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above
- At least 3 years of experience in the relevant field
- Ability to develop and/or run training programs
- Excellent coordination skills
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
