    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Description

    • Provide support to Outdoor Sales Team regarding quotations and proposals
    • Handle and follow-up tele-enquiries, email-enquiries
    • Process of sales orders and ensure orders fulfilment
    • Coordinating all deliveries to ensure efficient and effective services to the customers
    • Create and maintain both inventory and customer databases
    • Conduct mass mailing and tele-marketing peridoically
    • Assist in organizing exhibitions and seminars
    • Manage samples, catalogues and flyers
    • Handling of incoming calls, etc
    • Any other ad-hoc duties which may be assigned to you from time to time

    Requirements

    • Nitec / Diploma / fresh graduates are welcome to apply
    • 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in service industry is preferred
    • Good customer service skills
    • Computer literacy - MS office. Experience in CRM and ERP platform will be of added advantage.
    • Enthusiastic, willing to learn and multitask
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills - English.
