Reporting to the Lead, Learning & Development you will provide support to drive the Learning & Development (L&D) agenda for Prudential Singapore.


As part of this dynamic role, you will ensure the smooth execution of all learning programmes and support in the design of an effective and fit-for-purpose learning journey.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, external learning vendors and internal Learning COE team to cascade and embed various developmental initiatives to elevate the capabilities of our people.


Job Description:


  • Administer endtoend learning program rollout from planning, communication, execution, and coordination to feedback analysis for new hire orientation, external & internal trainings, workshops and elearning
  • Manage learning records, maintenance of the LMS platform & course management
  • Manage and monitor the learning budget and expenses working closely with external vendors, Procurement and Finance
  • Review and ensure all learning policies, processes and SOPs are updated and accurate
  • Work closely with the People Analytics team to deliver learning insights through accurate capture of learning records and activities
  • Work with Subject Matter Experts to create online elearning modules and assessments using an elearning creator platform
  • Partner with internal trainers & stakeholderto build, design & deploy engaging learning modules & content to drive peer & community learning
  • Design and develop engaging communications to employees to encourage a learning culture
  • Support the Learning Lead in the design of internal programs and the appointment of external learning vendors

Udemy, LinkedIn Learning) and Canva- Proficient in excel and conducting analysis- Facilitation and presentation skills preferred


Working Experience:

  • 24 years of relevant experience in HR, ideally in areas related to Learning & Development (L&D), Training or Talent Development

Professional Qualifications:

  • Any Professional Certifications in HR, L&D, Instructional Design would be an added advantage

Education:


  • Degree in any discipline

Language:


  • Strong command of the English language

Work Format:
