Responsibilities:

• Design and create floral arrangements, including bouquets, centerpieces, and venue decorations, according to client specifications and event themes.
• Source high-quality flowers and foliage from suppliers while adhering to budget constraints.
• Prepare and condition flowers for use in arrangements, ensuring freshness and longevity.
• Set up and install floral arrangements at event venues, working closely with the event setup team to ensure timely and seamless execution.
• Collaborate with the event planning and design team to brainstorm creative ideas and concepts for floral decor.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a florist, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work in floral design.
• Proficiency in floral arrangement techniques, including knowledge of colour theory, texture, and composition.
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for design aesthetics.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, depending on event schedules.
