**The Role
Reporting to Group Investment Manager, you will have the opportunity to support the Group's capital market activities. You will work in an entrepreneurial and fast-paced environment with frequent opportunities to interact with internal and external stakeholders.


Role Summary

  • Participate in the Group's strategic investments, joint venture, and M&A activities from origination to deal execution, including term sheet negotiation, financial modelling and analysis, due diligence, and negotiations of legal documentation.
  • Coordinate the execution of the Group's fundraising activities across all product types, including working closely with internal (e.g., legal, finance, tax, management team) and external parties (e.g. external counsels, investment banks, investors).
  • Build and maintain detailed financial models and projections of the Group and target companies to support investment decisions.
  • Assist in implementing a sustainability framework through working with the internal sustainability team and external consultants.
  • Handle adhoc projects assigned by the management team.

The Requirements

  • 15 years of related experience in investment banking, asset management, private equity, management consulting, and transaction/ valuation advisory services.
  • Strong financial modelling skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and spoken English. Mandarin is a plus.
