    Roles & Responsibilities

    We are representing our client (A Technology Service Provider) to look for an experienced Project Manager to complement their team. Project Managers play a crucial role in delivering infrastructure-related projects according to time, scope and budget. He / She will work with internal business clients, services delivery team and external vendors, ensuring the success of all projects.

    Responsibilities: -

    • Manage project to meet delivery to customer satisfaction
    • Handle the project's scope of work according to requirements and contractual KPIs
    • Define resource requirements and managing resource availability & allocation – both internal and third party
    • Outline budget based on requirements and tracking costs to deliver project on budget
    • Prepare detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams & activities
    • Manage delivery of the project according to plan
    • Track projects and providing regular reports on project status to the project team and key stakeholders
    • Manage and adjust for any changes in project scope, schedule and / or budget
    • Identify and mitigate potential risks
    • Participate or support new business prospects or tender involvement
    • Prepare project documentation, progress reports and project closure documentation

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree inIT or related discipline.
    • Minimum five (5) years related job experience.
    • Experience with ITSM – ITIL Framework
    • Business & commercial acumen and excellent stakeholder management skills are also essential
    • Pro-active, dynamic with good analytical and problem-solving skills
    • A good communicator with effective stakeholder management & conflict resolution skills
    • Good written and verbal communication skills
    • Good team leader with strong interpersonal skills
    • Able to work independently
    • Project Management related Certifications will be a plus
