The Role:

As a

Senior Manager

IT, you will be a vital part of our dynamic IT team, leading service delivery and performance management for Integration (EDI and API) and regional eServices. You'll liaise with various IT and business partners across diverse geographical locations, creating a strategy and budget that enables you to deliver the highest levels of service.
This role will see you take on a range of responsibilities, from IT service strategy planning and budgeting, to representing IT in customer engagements, overseeing service delivery, and promoting continuous improvements in IT services.

Your Key Responsibilities will include:

Planning IT service strategies and budgets
Demand synchronization within the IT organization
Capacity planning for resources and systems
Executing service delivery and managing service performance
Providing proactive business consulting, strategy development, and solution design
Supporting project request development and business case creation
Executing risk management of technical service operation in accordance with company frameworks
Communicating IT initiatives and roadmaps to IT and business partners
Strong leadership and presentation skills
The ability to influence and convince stakeholders
Organizational skills and goaloriented focus
Experience with design and modeling tools, digital components design, API strategies, and integration approaches
Knowledge of data architecture, enterprise architecture, governance framework, and IT strategy

Requirements:

Qualifications and Experience:

5+ years of service management or leadership experience
3+ years of experience with EDI and API related IT services
Experience in creating solution architectures, including cloud/hybridarchitecture solutions
Familiarity with remote team and work, as well as Cloud technology such as AWS or Azure
Knowledge of contract logistics and freight services is a plus
Occasional traveling may be required in this role.
