Roles and Responsibilities

  • Assist in credit review and approval processes
  • Prepare and submit reports to Head Office.
  • Learn and manage the operational aspects of systems used within the Investment Banking department
  • Support postmanagement activities following transaction closures
  • Assist in the preparation and signing of financial documents
  • Facilitate the initial drawdown and disbursement processes
Key Requirements

  • Ideally 35 years of relevant experience in banking or related financial services industry
  • Ability to generate organized reports and analyze financial statements
  • Basic understanding of banking products and associated risks
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
  • Familiarity with term sheets and financing documentation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel financial modeling
