Reponsibilites:


  • Manage of contracts/orders execution from the time of contract/order review to the time of delivery and payment is fully accomplished.
  • Assess risk on bids and recommend mitigating measures in securing businesses.
  • Chairing Project kickoff meetings, TPI coordination within production facility parties and ensure that all Quality Assurance and Safety procedures are carried out.
  • Ensure work activities and behaviour achieved conformity to the HSE policy, objectives and procedures outlined in the HSE management system and compliance to applicable local legal requirements.
  • Other Project and adhoc duties as per assigned by immediate superior or management.

Requirements:


  • At least bachelor's degree in business/ engineering
  • Preferrable at least 24 months related experience in a similar industry.
  • Experiences in Customer Service, Logistic, Expediating, Order/ Contract management.
  • Competent PC skills
