PROJECT EXECUTIVE

SINGAPOREANS

($2,800.00 to $3,500.00)

LOCATION

Kallang / Bendemeer

JOB DESCRIPTION

. Prepare plan drawing and 3D drawing using Autocad

. To do colour scheme confirmation

. To tick off quantity of layouts

. Placing order for projects

. Prepare handover material/checklist for handover

. Prepare Master programme and ensure work progresses in accordance with schedule

. Coordinate all aspects of the project works with client, consultants and subcontractors

. Inspect work in progress on site to ensure quality is in compliance with drawing

. Attend site and coordination meeting

WORKING HOURS

• 5 days' work week (40 hours perweek)
• Mon to Fri: 9.00am to 6pm

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Interior Design Background Preferred
• Microsoft Office, Power Point,
• Auto-CAD will be an added advantage
• With and without relevant working experience will be considered
• Possess strong problem-solving abilities
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Able to multitask, possess good interpersonal and organizational skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Microsoft Office, Power Point, AutoCAD will be an added advantage
• Able to commence work within short notice
