  • Working Location: Jurong
Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon - Sat, 8 am pm) [Flexi Working]

Key Responsibilities

  • Acquiring new customers and increasing revenue from existing accounts
  • Building relationships with customers to drive profitable sales
  • Meeting volume and revenue targets in Freight Forwarder sales channels
  • Coordinating crosstrade business related to Singapore
  • Supporting network/agent business by arranging shipments and providing information as needed
  • Delivering optimal logístical solutions to customers
  • Provide presales and aftersales support to customers
  • Monitoring and achieving customer KPIs
  • Preparing and issuing quotes, tenders, and SOPs
  • Meeting and exceeding set sales targets
  • Working closely with Customer Service and Operations Controller
  • Preparing weekly sales progress reports for management
  • Update and provide monthly sales forecast and progress reports as and when required
  • Keeping Managing Director informed on market information

Qualifications:


  • At least Diploma in Business, Marketing, Logistics & Supply Chain Management or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years of related sales experience in 3rd Party Logistics & Distribution/ Freight Forwarding/ Warehousing.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for sales presentations.
  • Able to start immediately or within short notice.
  • Language : English, Chinese (Mandarin)
