    As a Sales Specialist for Electrification business, you will be responsible for working with global leading technology and seasoned engineers, focused on partnering with new and existing customers to support them with customizable technical solutions, whilst simultaneously growing our market share and pipeline.

    Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be managing administrative procedures in sales processes and supporting cash collection and project management activities, when needed. The position is based in Singapore.

    Your responsibilities

    • Understanding the sales process and excel in generating leads, build relationship and close deals
    • Establishing new relationships and maintain current customer base conscientiously by understanding customer needs and promoting a positive customer experience throughout the sales process
    • Preparing sales reports and orders forecast reporting using salesforce and other tools
    • Identifying new business opportunities and project pipelines
    • Developing market intelligence and understanding of market trends

    Your background

    • Degree / diploma in electrical / electronic / mechanical engineering
    • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
    • Strong background on electrical industry and experienced in project sales (medium voltage switchgear, transformers, generators and low voltage systems)
    • Quick learner who has strong negotiation skills and an ability to showcase our offerings in a compelling way
    • Previous experience in engineering, marketing and sales
