    Description

    Overview of the Merchandise Analyst role

    The eCommerce team is responsible for delivering a superior site experience for the customer, using data and customer insights to deliver easy, inspiring product discovery and helpful, intuitive, content-rich product pages.

    You will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to deliver a seamless, friction-free, shopping experience online. To do this, you will be responsible for:

  • Performing product builds and UAT (Seasonal as well as weekly checks)
  • Performing regular incremental updates/maintenance of the web assortment, adhering to the standards of our US sites
  • Monitor the performance of Related Product setup and Group-to-Category setup
  • Ensure any errors on our global websites which impact our customers' shopping experience are resolved promptly
  • Manage promotion updates and takedowns
  • Support content pages/landing pages/homepage builds
  • Updating sitewide banners
  • Creating/building out categories, thumbnails and visual navigation set up and quarterly updates
  • Tagging products on lookbook and homepage via Curalate
  • Perform EDM linking following an effective linking strategy
  • Product ranking/merchandising via Bloomreach
  • Execute onsite search strategies
  • Manage third-party integrations for rich relevance & faceted navigation
  • Other projects as assigned
  • Work within multiple platforms including Adobe Experience Manager, Airtable, Basecamp, Curalate and Bloomreach
  • Criteria

  • Min tertiary qualification and 2 years of e-commerce or related experience
  • Ability to make timely decisions, anticipate problems, and provide creative solutions
  • Strong affinity for the products and brands
  • Proven analytical, business planning, and organizational skills
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity, fast pace, and a changing environment
  • Experience working in a global business and across multiple time zones
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Intermediate Excel skills (working knowledge with pivot tables and v-lookups)
