About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced DevOps engineer that will help our team establish DevOps practice. You will work closely with the CTO to identify and establish DevOps practices in the company.

You will establish configuration management, automate our infrastructure, implement continuous integration, and train the team in DevOps best practices to achieve a continuously deployable system.

In this role you will be:

Responsible for the management of the company's private and public cloud drive and maintenance of system standards, processes, specifications, and implementation;
Responsible for handling the daily system changes, controlling the unexpected situation, the difficult problem analysis and solving;

Fundamentally, you should have:

- a Bachelor's Degree or above in Computer Science, Software engineering, and/ or other related disciplines.

2 to 5 years of relevant working experience and some exposure leading a team will be ideal.
Experience in the construction and development of largescale public and private cloud O & M platforms; Deep understanding of Linux operating system, and architecture, familiar with CentOS / RedHat, Ubuntu, etc.
Proficient in O & M automation platform tools and technologies, such as CMDB, monitoring, deployment, disaster recovery, etc.
Familiar with tools such as Puppet, Saltstack, Ansible, etc.;
Proficient in at least 2 programming languages in Java / Python / Go / C, C + + / ;
Familiar with network architecture, such as IP planning, configuration management, topology display, equipment monitoring, and other networks O & M automation;
Familiar with DevOps (or devsecops), CI / CD concept and practice;
Familiar with monitoring software such as Prometheus, Grafana, and Zabbix and can analyze related indicators.
Proficient in AWS platform operations
Bilingual in English and Chinese (requires liaising with china counterpart)
