Description
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager with a strong business result-driven approach to join our team.Responsibilities
- Responsible for developing a sales strategy aligned with the overall business strategy, including identifying target markets and customers, creating marketing and sales campaigns, establishing sales targets and goals, and driving revenue to achieve sales targets.
- Identifying new business opportunities and potential clients in the APAC region.
- Conducting detailed need analysis and identifying challenges at client side.
- Responsible for managing the sales pipeline, from lead generation to deal closure, by developing and implementing processes and tools to track and manage the progress of each opportunity.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with key customers, managing their expectations, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure that the sales strategy aligns with the overall business strategy and meets the needs of the customers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or related field
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with clients, partners, and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills are important to help identify and address issues that may arise in the sales process.
