Working Days: Monday - Friday

Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 830am-6pm, Friday 830am-530pm

Location: Hybrid – 3 days NL Building + 2-days Work from Home

Contract Period: May End Feb 2025

Job Responsibilities:

Manage Business As Usual (BAU) operations for assigned digital projects, including maintenance, updates, and ongoing support activities.

Consolidate requests from stakeholders, maintain product backlog and work with IT to prioritise features for implementation.

Engage stakeholders to increase user engagement and improve user adoption of NLB mobile app through app features enhancement and functionality.

Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate project deliverables and ensure they meet user requirements and expectations.

Generate regular reports to update stakeholders on project progress, budget status, and any issues or risks.

Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.

Evaluate project performance and outcomes, gathering feedback to identify areas for improvement and enhance future project delivery.

Other ancillary tasks as assigned.
