  • Supervising daytoday operations of theadministrative department and staff members.
  • Planning and coordinating administrativeprocedures and systems streamline processes
  • Manage schedules and deadlines
  • Monitor costs and expenses to assist in budgetpreparation
  • Organize and supervise other office activities(recycling, renovations, event planning etc.)
  • Ensure operations adhere to policies andregulations
  • Keep a breast with all organizational changesand business developments
  • Ensures a safe, secure, and wellmaintainedfacility that meets environmental, health, andsecurity standards.
  • Hiring, training, and evaluating employees,taking corrective action when necessary.
  • Developing, reviewing, and improvingadministrative systems, policies, andprocedures.
  • Ensuring office is stocked with necessarysupplies and all equipment is working andproperly maintained.
  • Working with accounting and managementteam to set budgets, monitor spending, andprocessing payroll and other expenses.
  • Planning, scheduling, and promoting officeevents, including meetings, conferences,interviews, orientations and training sessions.
  • Collecting, organizing, and storing informationusing computers and filing systems.
  • Overseeing special projects and trackingprogress towards company goals.
  • Building new and expanding existing skills byengaging in educational opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS:


  • Bachelor's Degree from any decipline
  • Minimum relevant experience is five (05) years
  • Work on holidays (Saturday/Sunday)
  • Have to work on shift basis. (Day/Night)
