- Perform payroll calculations and prepare a cost allocation report.
- Ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely.
- Manage HR duties and request
- Manage the arrangement of staff training.
- Managing the on-boarding and off-boarding processes for employees.
- Perform work pass administration such as new, renewal, cancellation, and issuance.
- Prepare HR correspondence letters such as an employment contract, confirmation, termination letter, and warning letter.
- Assist with the recruitment process, including advertisement posting and interviews.
- Perform general HR and administrative duties.
- Provide support to any or all departments as and when required
- Candidate must possess at least diploma / Degree with 2 years relevant working experience
- Proficient in MS Excel & Word
- Good interpersonal skills, independent, pro-active, meticulous and fast leaner
- Transportation pick- up services will be provided
- 5 working days
