    Description
    Roles & Responsibilities
    • Perform payroll calculations and prepare a cost allocation report.
    • Ensure all payroll transactions are processed accurately and timely.
    • Manage HR duties and request
    • Manage the arrangement of staff training.
    • Managing the on-boarding and off-boarding processes for employees.
    • Perform work pass administration such as new, renewal, cancellation, and issuance.
    • Prepare HR correspondence letters such as an employment contract, confirmation, termination letter, and warning letter.
    • Assist with the recruitment process, including advertisement posting and interviews.
    • Perform general HR and administrative duties.
    • Provide support to any or all departments as and when required

    REQUIREMENT

    • Candidate must possess at least diploma / Degree with 2 years relevant working experience
    • Proficient in MS Excel & Word
    • Good interpersonal skills, independent, pro-active, meticulous and fast leaner
    • Transportation pick- up services will be provided
