Marketing and Public Relations Specialist

U-like is a Household Goods Provider and Food Grocer. We specialise in food imports and exports and is the sole distributor for many Taiwanese brands in Singapore. Today, we are looking to expand and extend our reach to wider potential customers.

Job Responsibility:

Responsible for managing web portal and managing ecommerce channel (e.g. Shopee, Lazada, Company Website etc.)
Handle ecommerce online orders, packing and arranging for shipping
Develop and implement ecommerce strategies with the General Manager for both B2B and B2C channels
In charge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok etc.
Manage new product uploads, product detail maintenance and promotional activities
Prepare simple graphic / artwork for promotional campaigns
Perform any adhoc duties and projects
Responsible for customer inquiries on a daytoday basis
Solicit customers' feedback and identify problem trends for improvement actions

Minimum Requirements:

Able to do basic adobe photoshop, illustration and editing
Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok and other social media platforms
Proficient in both Mandarin and English
Tech-Savvy
Creative and resourceful
Diploma or Degree Graduates in marketing or similar field will be an advantage

Salary:
$2,000 - $2,800

Schedule:
44hrs / week
