Job Description:

• Vision and Strategy: Lead the development and implementation of the overall organization's strategy, soliciting advice and guidance, when appropriate, from a Board of Directors.
  Communicate and implement the organization's vision, mission, and overall direction.
• Operational Leadership: Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission.
  Review financial and non-financial reports to devise solutions or improvements.
• Business Development: Develop customer and partner relationships across the consumer entertainment industry, including operators, broadcasters, silicon providers, and consumer electronics companies.
  Promote the THX experiential brand globally to consumers and through partners.
• Brand Management: Uphold and enhance the THX brand reputation as a symbol of quality and excellence in the audiovisual industry.
  Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers.
• Technology Leadership: Stay abreast of the latest technological trends and developments in the audiovisual industry, driving innovation and differentiation.
  Champion a culture of continuous learning and improvement, encouraging research and development initiatives to maintain THX's competitive edge.
• Industry Engagement: Participate in industry-related events or associations that will enhance leadership skills, THX's reputation, and the potential for success.
  

Job Description:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Proven experience in a leadership role within the audiovisual, entertainment, or consumer electronics industry.
• Strong business acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth and profitability.
• Exceptional strategic planning and execution skills, with the ability to navigate complex market dynamics and drive sustainable business outcomes.
