1) Setting out, leveling, and surveying the site

2) Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials and plant

3) Ensuring all materials used and work performed are as per specifications

4) Ensure all works are carried out within schedule and maintain the required quality

5) Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labour force

6) Planning the work and efficiently organising the site facilities in order to meet deadlines

7) Monitor the progress of work against the baseline schedule & preparation of daily records &

monthly site progress reports
