Job Summary
Assisting and communicating with Operations Director to develop strategic operations goals. Developing strategic long-range plans to achieve strategic objectives.


Duties and Responsibilities

  • Running of daily reports and report to Operations Director on daily basis.
  • Identity operations gaps within the organisation.
  • Reconciliation of month end data
  • Follow up on property requests.
  • Finding new suppliers/vendors.
  • To work closely with Hotel managers, marketing and directors.
  • To carry out our duties and responsibilities assigned.
  • This role will report to the Operations Director.

Job Requirements:


  • Minimum 2 years of working experience
  • Experience in hotel management will be an advantage
  • Proficient in advance Microsoft Excel.
