Clinic Assistant

Role Description:

Billing, checking patient's details, past invoices, appointment records, and checking payment records using Clinic Assist software
Assist in appointments, operating theatre, ward, and other related bookings
Assist in patient queries and divert calls to relevant parties
Advise patients whether cashless payments can be extended for their visits
Submission of claims through various insurance portals
Efiling of patient details/Whatsapp chats to relevant folders
Prepare instruments and assist the surgeon independently for minor surgeries
This role will require standing in as a chaperone for female patients

Requirements:

Able to use Microsoft Office
Friendly, positive, meticulous, and a teamplayer
Serviceoriented
Willing to learn
Relevant clinic experience prior would be preferred
Good communication skill

Working hours:
Monday - Friday, Sat (half-day morning) [5.5 days]

Office hours no shift

Closed on Public holidays and Sundays.
