Job Description:

- Marketing and Publicity:Responsible for promoting the indoor golf facility's services and attracting new customers through marketing activities.

- Customer Relationship Management:Responsible for maintaining good relationships with customers and ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Operations and Maintenance:Responsible for overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of the store, including equipment maintenance and area sanitation.

- Financial Management:Responsible for overseeing the financial status of the store, including budget formulation, recording of income and expenses, and preparation of financial reports.

- Workforce Management:Responsible for managing store employees, including job scheduling, training, and evaluating employee performance.

- Communication and Coordination:Maintain close contact with upper management to communicate store needs and issues, and ensure store operations comply with company policies and standards.

- Safety Management:Responsible for ensuring a safe environment in the store and complying with all relevant laws, regulations and policies.

Requirements:

Min 1 year experience in similar capacity
Proficient in English and Chinese (oral and written)
Good communication and supervisory skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, poised and composed in difficult situations
Reliable and independent, outgoing and social, always ready to take initiative
Singaporean only
