is a professional services firm providing corporate secretarial, immigration, payroll, book-keeping, accounting, tax and other advisory services to a variety of international clients, including those of Kelvin Chia Partnership, the regional law firm with which we are associated.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for full spectrum of payroll functions in relation to the portfolio of clients
Ensure timely and accurate payments are process in compliance with the client's policies and statutory requirements
Filing of Form IR21 (Tax clearance) and preparation of IR8A, IR8S, Appendix 8A and Appendix 8B
Filing of government paid leave childcare, maternity and paternity & NS claim
Liaise with government authorities on payroll, CPF and tax filing requirements
Respond to payrollrelated inquiries from client and management in a timely and professional manner.
Stay uptodate with payroll laws and regulations, and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in any field with at least 2 years of handson full spectrum payroll processing experience
Able to work under pressure and complete the task within the deadline
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
