Job Description:


  • Plan, coordinate, organizing & manages project development upon project assigned with internal & external stakeholders
  • Execute project in accordance with project management system & processes
  • Track project deliverables using appropriate tools & complete assigned project tasks
  • Responsible for endtoend from planning, executing, coordinating, monitoring, & delivering the project
  • Identify risks and critical paths in projects and works with project team to provide risks mitigation &/or backup plan
  • Escalate issues & critical paths timely
  • Any other adhoc duties assigned

Requirements:


  • At least 1 to 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
  • Preferably Skill(s): Project, Building and Construction
  • Competent in AutoCAD Software, 3D Studio Max, V-RAY Software, SketchUp or BIM is an added advantage
  • Good organizational skills & followup ability
  • Strong analytical & communication skill
  • Strong time management skills
  • Possess of Class 3 licence is preferred
  • Able to work independently with mínimal supervision
