Our client is a Renewable Energy company and they are seeking a
Total Rewards Consultant to join their expanding teams here in Singapore, for the Asia Region.

Being part of the HR Regional team, he/she is tasked to:

Devise Rewards strategies across
all business functions throughout the Asia region:

Be informed of
competitor landscape with regards to
Rewards and Talent Management strategies, including government initiatives across different countries

Work with Senior Stakeholders and Commercial Leaders on retention and talent management plans

Identify gaps in existing policies, review and enhance current schemes to suit ever growing needs of the commercial organisation

This is a highly visible role within the organisation and will be seen as a key partner to all senior stakeholders within the region, including Country Managers or Business Leads.
