ASIA COFFEE HOUSE PTE. LTD. is a vibrant coffee shop passionate about serving delicious coffee and fostering a warm community space. We are looking for a motivated cashier to join our team and play a key role in providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately, processing customer transactions for coffee drinks, food items, and retail products.
• Accept various forms of payment (cash, credit/debit cards, mobile wallets) and provide correct change.
• Maintain a clean and organized cashier station.
• Replenish coffee and drink supplies to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow all cash handling procedures and ensure accurate till balancing.
• Contribute to a positive and welcoming coffee shop environment.

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service skills with a focus on friendliness and efficiency.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Cashier experience (preferred).
• Strong cash handling skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to learn and follow company policies and procedures.
• A passion for coffee (a plus)
