We are seeking a strategic and execution-driven Partner Operations and Regional Partnerships manager to own and deliver a best-in-class partner experience.

Responsibilities

  • We design and deliver a world-class partner experience.
  • Owning the Partner NPS metric.
  • Define BAU governance frameworks for partnerships function including performance reviews reporting cadence issue escalation standardize processes consistency efficiency markets types identify automate opportunities streamline lifecycle management manage small team partnership managers oversee affiliates other strategic key liaison internal stakeholders manage VP partnerships managing projects quarterly planning leadership support expansion playbook new markets.
