Intern, HR Consulting - Asia Pacific

The Hilton internship is a professional learning experience that offers meaningful, practical work related to your field of study or career interest.

It provides the opportunity for career exploration and development, and to learn new skills. The duration of the internship is 6 months, starting from 29 January 2024.

What will I be doing?
As the Intern, HR Consulting - Asia Pacific (APAC), you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Develop and maintain job descriptions library for APAC Commercial Services and Technology
Support in monthly team member engagement activities with the APAC Commercial Services social committee
Support in managing the upload of recruitment requisitions to the portal
Compile findings of learning needs analysis and source appropriate learning programs across APAC
