Job Descriptions:

• Oversee infrastructure operations in the office and all shops.
• Ensure high availability of the organization's IT infrastructure.
• Develop and execute the IT strategy and roadmap to support business priorities
• Review and enhance system performance and capacity trends.
• Develop and maintain documentation for server
• Source and manage vendors for IT infrastructure and support services.
• Ensure vendor compliance with contractual obligations.
• Develop proof of concept with vendors to test new IT technologies.
• Review and update policies and processes for risk mitigation and management.
• Participate in internal and external IT audits.
• Overseeing and determining timeframes for major IT projects including system updates, upgrades, migrations and outages

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Proven experience in IT management roles and supervising a team.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, network architecture, and cybersecurity.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
• A collaborative team player.
• Energetic and pro-active in offering guidance; takes ownership.
• Familiar and strives in Retail environment.
