Description

**Responsibilities: - Assist in managing and reviewing contracts, ensuring all terms and conditions are met and complying with legal requirements and company policies.

Support the negotiation of terms and conditions with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Monitor contract performance, identifying and addressing any issues or discrepancies.
Assist in cost planning, analysis, and budgeting for construction projects.
Prepare and review detailed progress and cost reports, ensuring accurate reflection of project status.
Coordinate with project managers and site engineers to verify project progress and associated payments.
Assist in managing claims process, including preparation, submission, and negotiation of claims.
Support in resolving any disputes or conflicts that arise in a timely and effective manner.
Ensure all contractrelated activities comply with industry regulations, company policies, and best practices.
Assist in identifying potential risks related to contracts and recommend mitigation strategies.
Maintain effective communication with all project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams.
Ensure timely and accurate communication of contractrelated information and updates.
Maintain comprehensive records of all contracts, modifications, correspondence, and related documentation. Ensure all contractual documents are wellorganized, accessible, and securely stored.

**Requirements: - Minimum Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering or equivalent

At least 5 years of relevant contract management experience in the civil constructions industries
Strong organizational and timemanagement abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Detailoriented with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues. Able to start work immediately or within short notice
