Billing / Admin Assistant - Singapore - HUAKEONG TRADING PTE. LTD.
Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry on billing
- Issue invoice to customers
- Documentation and filling duties
- Ensure timely sending of invoices to customers
- Other adhoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Basic accounting knowledge
- Have at least Secondary School education Level
- Able to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Good knowledge in MS Office (MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
- Able to converse well in Mandarin.
