Our 2-year APA Associate Program in the Asia-Pacific, Middle East and Africa region will provide you with opportunities, assignments abroad, rotation and mentorship that are all designed to maximise your potential and be the perfect launchpad to a great career in reinsurance.

You will be part of an experienced and diverse network of colleagues to disrupt risk and develop unconventional solutions to help businesses and society succeed.

The program is designed to take you straight to the heart of your chosen career in insurance - as a risk analyst, underwriter, actuary, or client manager.

Your job

About the APA Associate Program

A 2year program that commences in June 2023, with a builtin development framework covering soft skills and technical training
A total of four rotations of approximately 6 months each in different departments, with at least one rotation in a different geographical location
Work on strategic projects, be part of crossdivisional project teams, and interact with senior leaders
Integration into a permanent role within Munich Re at the end of the program

Profile:

25 years of professional work experience,
and currently working, in General Insurance, Re-Insurance, Financial Services, Technology / Consulting sectors
Graduated from University
Flexibility to work in different countries
