Role and responsibilities

In charge of resolving incidents, problem management, and fulfillment of requests to ensure service level agreements, targets and standards are maintained and adhered to meet customer satisfaction
Perform systems unit tests and assist end users in User Acceptance Tests for change requests and projects
Collaborate with Group IT on project requirements and standards
Assist and support project implementations in SG
Liaised with external parties for integration interfaces
Prepare training materials and conduct training for users

Skills and experience

Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems or equivalent
At least 1 to 2 years of experience in SAP related environment

Proficient in ITIL

Incident and Problem Management, Change and Release management,
Knowledgeable of any of the following SAP modules, SD, MM, FICO, WM/EWM, PP, and BI tools
Experience in enduser support
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
Good communication skills
Familiarity with IT Service Management processes
