Description

We are seeking a skilled and personable Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting delicious cocktails, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Your duties will include:

• Mixing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences.
• Engaging with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders, and offering recommendations when necessary.
• Handling cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Monitoring and restocking inventory, including liquor, mixers, garnishes, and other bar supplies.
• Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the bar area, including washing glassware, wiping down counters, and disposing of waste.
• Adhering to all relevant laws and regulations regarding the sale and service of alcohol.
• Collaborating with other staff members to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for customers.
• Demonstrating a strong knowledge of drink recipes, including classic cocktails and specialty drinks.
• Upholding a positive and welcoming atmosphere for patrons.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a bartender, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• Attention to detail and a focus on cleanliness and sanitation.
• Must be of legal drinking age and possess any required certifications or permits for serving alcohol in the designated area.
