Responsibilities:
Provide support for day-to-day IT operations and resolve production issues.
Analyze issues raised by users or monitoring systems and perform impact analysis.
Suggest workaround solutions for service recovery.

Monitoring and Prevention:Specify monitoring requirements to detect system abnormalities.
Proactively observe and address potential issues before they occur.
Perform performance tuning to ensure optimal system functionality.

Disaster Recovery:Participate in and conduct regular DR simulations and live DR exercises.

Interpersonal Communication:Communicate effectively with internal IT teams, business units/operations, and external vendors.
Possess strong interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration across various work groups.
