Responsibilities:

.Management sales and debit collection team

.Plan and control company work

.Leading team to corporate and develop new sales.

.Explore new business opportunities to drive the business revenue and achieve sales target.

.Conduct market research and analysis and formulate business development strategies.

.Formulate, develop, and improve the loan products to enhance the customer experience, business profitability and overall efficiency.

.Ensure the credit activities are conducted in accordance with internal polices and regulatory.

Requirements:

• At least 4 years of solid experiences in personal loan or mortgage loan industry.
• Knowledge on loan products and related regulatory requirements.
• Good command in written and spoken Mandarin. (Dealing with Chinese speaking customers)
• Diploma or above in Finance or related disciplines.
• Good command in MS Word, Excel and Chinese typing.
• Strong analytical skills, communication skills and interpersonal skills.
