    Description

    You will assist in planning and execution of marketing activities such as branding, promotions, digital media and communications. This role will be integral in understanding and supporting the needs of brand; supporting the development of a strategy and vision, initiating briefs of new projects, interacting with the agencies, and to following through projects.

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

    1. Marketing Communication

    a) Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing initiatives, strategies, and budgets

    b) Oversee yearly planning with budget and direct the execution of all consumer communication vehicles including advertising creative, trade marketing materials, collaterals and premiums, promotions etc.

    c) Coordinate with designer to develop artwork.

    2. Branding & Promotions

    a) Initiate new consumer promotion campaigns and to develop consumer engagement plans.

    b) Oversee and direct the execution of in-store promotions

    c) Liaise with 3rd party for purchasing of premiums & timely delivery of premiums to outlets

    d) Develop highly effective campaigns to support Sales and F&B Teams

    e) Partner with key stakeholders including sales, data teams, landlords and external partners

    f) Main liaison for press-related matters, which includes drafting of statements or responses with Corporate Communications

    3. Digital

    a) Plan website weekly updates for feature banners, small banners and promotion page

    b) Updates social media marketing channels, content, campaigns and day-to-day activities

    c) Curate relevant content to reach the audience most likely to engage, work with and/or advocate

    d) Grow engagement, reach, referral traffic and conversions through proactive organic and paid campaigns and management

    e) Analyze social media campaigns and make recommendations for changes

    f) Implement best practices for social listening, uploading, tagging, reporting, and optimization of channels
