Rework Detailing is a young and dynamic car detailing company looking for like-minded individuals to join our team as a professional car detailer. Candidates who displays strong leadership skills will be able to grow into middle management positions such as Supervisor or Outlet Manager when the company expands.

To be a successful professional car detailer, attention to detail is key. Candidates should possess good interpersonal skills as you will be required to work in a team. Being the customer-facing representatives of the company, candidates are expected to be neatly-dressed, presentable and approachable at all times.

Education Requirements

'N' Levels and above or equivalent

Candidates not meeting the education requirement will also be considered.

Additional Requirements

Valid Class 3 Driving License preferred

Able to commit and work on weekends

Able to work OT (especially during seasonal periods)

Experience

Car detailing/Car wash experience preferred

Candidates without the relevant experience will also be considered as training will be provided.

Training

Detailing trainings and On-The-Job trainings will be provided. Trainings will include the usage of products, equipment and familiarization of the workflows.

Core Responsibilities

Ensure customer's satisfaction through quality work performed on their vehicles

Car detailing includes washing, vacuuming, polishing, waxing and coating for both interior and exterior of our clients' vehicles

Ensure workplace safety requirements are being strictly adhered to

Keeping work area clean and tidy

Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Work Days

6 days a week

Work Hours

Weekdays

11am - 7pm or 1pm – 9pm or 3pm – 11pm (includes 1-hour break)

Weekend

11am - 8pm or 2pm to 11pm or 5pm - 2am (includes 1-hour break)

Remuneration and Perks

$1,800 to $2,500

Commission/Incentives

Transport allowance for shifts ending beyond 11pm

OT payable at statutory rates beyond 44hrs per week

Annual Leave, Sick Leave, Hospitalization Leave
