Description
Responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.
- Define project tasks and resource requirements.
- Manage project budget and resources allocation
- Plan and schedule project timelines
- Provide direction and support to project team
- Quality assurance
- Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project
- Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
- Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
- Project evaluations and assessment of results
- Attend site meetings and provide summary of daily progress to management team
- Construct and direct shop drawings
- Must be familiar with Fire Protection Code of Practice
- Technical knowledge in Fire or other M&E trades
Salary:
$3, $5,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Experience:
- Fire Protection Working (required)
