- Growth and development of a portfolio of existing to bank as well as onboarding new to bank relationships. For existing to bank, he/she is task to deepen the relationship and increase the bank's wallet share via onboarding more products and services for the relationships. For new to bank client, the RM must have the capability to originate, structure and execute transactions across the bank's suite of products and services, and with primary focus on financial supply chain.
- Must be proactive and monitor key KYC, operational, transactional risks as well as credit issues in order to early identify and mitigate bank's overall exposures.
- Minimum 12 years and above experience in managing MNC relationships
- Solid credit background and fundamentals to manage end-to-end credit process
- Strong customer relationship skillsets and able to succeed in developing relationships from working levels to senior levels.
