Job Overview:
Responsibilities:
Customer service and success
- Address patient's inquiries over various communication channels, namely textbased messaging.
- Patient relations such as registration, and appointment booking.
- Assist and escalate user and technical issues to relevant departments
Order fulfillment
- Dispensing of medications
- Packaging and dispatching of orders in a timely manner
- Handle customer verification and billing
- Monitoring and followup on medical reports, patient requests etc
Administrative duties
- Stocktaking and inventory check
- Clinic housekeeping
- Other administrative duties such as data entry, bookkeeping, as required.
Qualities we are looking for:
- Polytechnic Diploma, GCE A / O / NITEC qualification
- Background in healthcare, or another frontline service such as F&B and hospitality is a plus
- Compassionate and sensitive towards customers
- Comfortable communicating with medical providers & patients
- Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
- Willing to learn and adapt in a fastpaced environment
- No previous healthcare experience required
- Confident with Google Docs and spreadsheets

Expected salary:
$18,200 - $23,400 (inclusive of AWS bonus)
